Key West Sailing Adventure Welcome Aboard Wild Thing 44 ft. Morgan Sailboat

A Fine Day

KWSA Captains Log
Aboard Sailing Vessel “Moondance” Capt Albert Tropea Mate: Eddy Edwards
After a downwind Genoa sail (jib) from Key West to the edge of the Gulf of Mexico, We arrived at the reef located on the north side of Cottrell Key. Three of our guests are from the south of Germany. The swim/snorkel was fun and the first time for 2 of them.
The main request from the gentleman on board with the three ladies was to catch a fish. He trolled all the way under sail and caught a small fish to throw back. The funny thing turned out to be a catch of a prize eating fish right in front of the windows of one of Key West’s fine restaurants. On board Moondance s fresh fish was served that night for four people. A fine day indeed.bent_fishing_pole girls_touches_fish2
